Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please mail it to us at SKH Enterprises LLC, 4627 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215. All return merchandise must be in new condition with all of its original packaging and tags and must not have been washed, worn, used, etc. The customer will incur between a 10%-20% restocking fee depending on the item and all shipping and handling charges. Sometimes we have closeout sales, these items cannot be returned. NOTE: All returns must be back in our returns department within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted.

Exchange Policy

AthletesRoom.com will accept merchandise for an even exchange one time per original sales order. All exchanged merchandise must be in new condition with all of its original packaging and tags and must not have been washed, worn, used, etc. Please email us your exchange request at returns@athletesroom.com for a Return Authorization Number and for further details on how to exchange your merchandise. The customer will pay all additional shipping cost.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please email us at returns@athletesroom.com within 48 hours for a Return Authorization Number and for further details on how to obtain a replacement. Customers must keep all packaging materials for UPS inspection. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
